Beautifully renovated cottage with modern extension. Ideal for families with a playroom, TV and games, outdoor swings, slide, basketball hoop, football goals and trampoline. Home gym. Large decking area, BBQ and an ice bath. Located in a beautiful quiet woodland area just 5 mins outside the tourist town of Killarney. We are on the famous Ring of Kerry. Beautiful woodland walks and mountains within minutes of our house. Ideal for walking, cycling, and hiking through the Killarney national park. Modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Fully equipped kitchen including X-Large George Foreman, food processor, coffee machine and sage bluicer(blender/juicer) Extendable dining room table. 1 Super king master bedroom, en-suite with walk in wardrobe and TV 1 King size bedroom 1 Mezzanine kids bedroom with cabin bunk beds. 3 full size singles suitable for children or teenagers. The playroom is above and has a day bed that turns into a double bed. The playroom has a tv, gaming chairs, bean bags and a foosball table. Fully equipped home gym incl multi purpose bench and squat rig. Commercial Nordic treadmill with IFIT screen. Assault air bike. Punching bag. TRX ropes, free weights and dumbbells. 2 office spaces. An internal home office area and a separate private external office space for privacy if you need to work while away!
