We were disappointed that there was nowhere to sit and have a drink, other than the downstairs bar, which was very crowded and loud on the friday evening. |

Excellent location in the city center and across the street from Temple Bar. Beautiful marble bathroom. Very quiet. Staff was very helpful. We paid extra for a city view. The window was tiny so not worth the extra money. We should have chosen an atrium view. |

Comfortable beds Expensive breakfast. We once requested a wake up call (on the day of our departure to the airport!) and did not receive it! |

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The ease of valet parking made the city centre location very accessible. The room became very warm and the A/C did not seem to cool it down |

The service was excellent as I would expect from a Westin. Friendly and very high standard. I wasn't sure about having my bill pushed under my door on my return from a night out. I would prefer to pay it in the normal way. It didn't include breakfast which for over £200 was very petty and mean. |

The luxury of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic...it kept us going for the day! Pity there is no swimming pool! |

Its location is very good. Cost is extremely high and when I compare it with our 5* hotels in Pakistan, it is not even paasing to any of them. |
