The service and the attitude of both the reception and the dining staff was excellent. We really could not fault the hotel for its quiet efficiency and luxury.

The location is superb. I found the staff incredibly friendly. And the bed - the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Price - also no breakfast included in price and would cost €22 extra and no free wi-fi in bedrooms

My father and I booked a twin room to celebrate the New Year dowtown. Wonderful way to ring in 2012! We hadn't been downtown Dublin for this event in years. Made a fantastic change from being at home for it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The hotel is well located to enjoy Dublin as it rings in the New Year. Everything's just a short walk away. The bar downstairs (the Mint?) felt a bit like a sixth former's party.

The Westin was lovely from star to finish. I only wish that the wifi was free. Location is perfect. Parking, wifi and phone calls are not free. It was irritating being charged for a local call.

We spent the last three nights our our honeymoon here and it was totally perfect, from the moment we were greeted at the front door and assisted with our luggage, to check-in, to the absolute delight of seeing our room, later a dinner in the Mint Bar. All was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was beautiful, with every imaginable comfort at our disposal - including a daily delivery of a bucket of ice and complimentary mineral water, a great coffee machine and kettle, a wonderfully deep and long bath and an enormous separate shower. A very minor gripe, was paying for WiFi, although the connection speed was excellent.

This hotel is the best located in Dublin - exactly halfway between the North & South side of the city, perfect for shopping, sightseeing or as a base for golf or business. This hotel reflects the elegance of Georgian Dublin - and I am a Dubliner! Nothing - my two-day stay was perfect.

The location of the hotel is excellent for doing the tourist/shopping thing in dublin with no worry about your car.The room was of a great size and actually had a bath for a relaxing soak after a day tramping round Dublin.As for the beds it was like sinking into a cloud. When you come out of the lifts into the passage there is a musty smell but then it is an old building.

Very comfortable hotel in great location. Street noise just a bit obtrusive when the clubs turned out in the small hours. Hotel billing system rather chaotic, they couldn't work out what I had paid for!

La ubicacion La habitacion no esta a laltura d 5 estrellas. El room service es carissimo. Estuve n uns habitacion doble d luxe superior y me parecio pequeña ,baño muy simple .sin sleepers ni cepillo d dientes. No repetiria! Lo mejor el bar mint. Camarero es simpatico y eficiente

La ubicación es inmejorable. En pleno centro, pero sin el jaleo nocturno justo abajo que tienen otros hoteles cercanos. La cama, también fantástica. Y me he quedado con ganas de probar los servicios spa, que tenían muy buena pinta. No entiendo por qué un hotel de esta categoría no tiene el servicio Wi- Fi gratuito. La habitación la veo un poco pequeña.

Sa situation parfaite dans la ville de Dublin. Le personnel très aimable et compétent. Le confort de la chambre et de la literie. L'excellent petit déjeuner. Dans la salle de bains (douche et baignoire), la douche est fixe et son débit était très faible. La douche de la baignoire était plus maniable mais alors l'eau giclait dans la salle de bains... Notre chambre "Deluxe" donnait sur un demi toit : donc aucune vue et peu de lumière.

La situation de l'hotel, très central pratique pour visiter la ville, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre deluxe pour 25 euros de plus mais ca en valait la peine, elle était spacieuse, la literie très confortable. Pdj très cher : 17 euros par personne pour un pdj continental.
