Shorty Ltd offers Short Term Luxury Rentals throughout the city. Our portfolio of apartments are located in all top locations in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Our Office is located on Melchett st. 70 - Tel aviv. We are open From Sunday to Thursday 10:00am to 6:30pm and on the Friday for 10:00am to 12:30pm. If you want recommendations on great things to see or do please let me know, we will be happy to help.

Unique Penthouse located in the new booming South TLV. The apt offers 4beds/2.5baths, huge living rooms- kitchen and a breathtaking terrace with jacuzzi. The terrace is facing the south west with a direct sea view!! Perfect place for family & friends who want to discover Tel aviv and Israel. The apartment is non smoking please keep the apartment free of smoke. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep the noise to a normal level.Please look after the apartment and keep tidy and and take down the rubbish and dispose outside in the bins provided. - Amenities like "Baby travel cot" or "Baby high" chair can be provided on request. An extra fee of 200 shekels will be charged for the "Baby travel cot" and 150 shekels for "Baby high chair". Those equipment are not included in the apartment and just listed on the description in order to inform you that we can provide them to you if needed. Saturday , national and jewish holidays extra cleaning fee- Please note that check in and check out at these times you will be charged an extra 50% on the cleaning. In Israel Saturday and holidays are a non working days and the cleaners charge extra. We will collect the money for this on arrival. Check out is strict at 11am the apartment needs to be given back at this time if we are unable to get hold of you and you haven't left the apartment or the cleaners are made to wait longer than 15mins there will be a charge requested of 400 shekels through airbnb. Parking available! 120 shekels per day
