This is a bright and spacious brand new duplex penthouse, entirely and recently renovated and furnished, with 2 sunny terraces fully furnished as well, to enjoy the sun or a pleasant breakfast time, and offers a nice wide city view. Located at a few blocks from the famous Azrieli mall center, at a walking distance from the well know Sarona Market area and the Art Museum of Tel Aviv.
