"12 Home Stay" is located in the heart of Siliguri city (near Siliguri College, College Para)! The location is a key prospect along with the easiness to commute. We have two types of apartment - Studio and One bed-room apartments with attached kitchen, bathroom and private balcony. Our place is surrounded with lots of greenery and fresh air. The apartment is a combination of modern as well as Indian architecture. The room is situated on the 2nd floor. It has all the basic amenities, inclusive of kitchen-dining space and an en-suite bathroom. AIR CONDITIONING services available at Rs. 300/day. Note: ONLY MARRIED COUPLES AND FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED! Valid government issued photo identity card needs to be presented for each guest. In case you are staying for long duration - cheaper rates are available. Contact us!!! We always strive to keep our prices and facilities competitive, to provide our guests the best home-stay experience in Siliguri!
Passion is something that is gradually built and nurtured. My passion about travelling culminated since childhood. I live is Sydney, Australia. The place is take care by my family. Cooking is my newer passion with more inclination towards flavoursome dishes. I am an ardent follower of action based English dramas and flicks, as it serves as the best time to catch-up with friends and family. Time to wind-up old memories and cherish them. My favourite mode of travel is by road. This way I have had the opportunity to meet new people and culture, too. Also, I love to travel by water, as coastal flora-and-fauna come alive.
Our place is only a minute walk from Siliguri College of Commerce and near Basu's Clinic. The area is situated in an urban area surrounded by parks and greenery. There are multiple interesting tourists spots in-and-around Siliguri and below are the top few suggested tourist attractions that can visited: Bengal Safari Park Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Salugara Monastery ISKCON Temple Dreamland Amusement Park Surya Sen Park We are happy to assist our guests with commute and directions (in case required).
