Can’t even express how HUGELY DISAPPOINTED we are with this most regretful hotel stay of our lives.
We paid 16k + for a day and night , which was only filled with disastrous experiences all the way.
Firstly, the property and rooms are in a horrible shape with no maintenance whatsoever . Old curtains, sofas, beds, tvs etc. the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom didn’t work at all.
We couldn’t sleep all night as AC was not effective and compressor wasn’t turning on . We called house keeping 3-4 times through the night but there was no answer. To make things worse, there is a foul smell of kerosene oil in the rooms.
Breakfast was just so bad, resturant was completely unhygienic and extremely stale and bad tasting breakfast EVER.
I am demanding a 100% REFUND of my money for this experience, else I will be forced to post this everywhere in social media. Also sincerely urge you all to consider shutting down this place, tie up with a professional chain to run it or simply sell this property
