I went in low season and absolutely loved it! The beach is very nice and there are so many great restaurant options! I ended up extending my stay cause I really loved it, but I think in season I might not enjoy it due to being too crowded.

Very beautiful and clean beach!
Very beautiful and clean beach! We really enjoyed our time there. Definitely did not regret coming to the southern part of Goa instead of North. Palolem has so many places to eat and the food is always good! Lots of options everwhere.

We were located between Patnem and Palolem so it is good for either beach. It’s only a 15 min walk or £1.50 in a Tuk tuk so it was ideal for us. Our hotel was lovely and quiet but the towns themselves were busy and may appeal more if you are more interested in partying. Loads of great places to eat and drink and the locals are always friendly

The best beach in Goa and mainland India.
The best beach in Goa and mainland India. One of my favourite beaches in the world, right up there with Amalfi and Sardinia. Great food and restaurants on the beach, beautiful bay where one can enjoy sunsets and sunrises every day. The sunset was poetic to watch between two hills. I met many repeat tourists who love to come back here for sunbathing and swimming here, and relaxing due to its tranquility. It is specially popular among Western European tourists from the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

Pros..Easy access to beaches!
Cons..The litter behind the hotel line along beach strip is disappointing!
Why is there not a collective effort from land owners n hotel management to clean this beautiful place ?
Lovely hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden, located just a few minutes walk from palolem beach.Staff couldn't be more attentive and helpful 🙂(a special shout out to Malita and Niraj on reception as we dealt with them on a daily basis👍👍👍),made us feel welcome and very much at home.Delicious food in an onsite restaurant surrounded by green garden were you can enjoy your meal in peace and tranquillity.Due to all the staff efforts our stay was enjoyable and unforgettable ❤️. Definitely coming back next year 😉
A lovely stay at Hilias, location very close to beach and a 5/10 min walk into the main town. Both Rina and Hilias were so friendly and welcoming to us, helped us arrange taxis and navigate palolem. The room was very secure, clean and came with a fridge full of water/soft drinks you can buy which was a nice touch. The balcony was great for chilling and overall location very peaceful and quiet. We were first time travelers to India and felt very safe and relaxed - would highly recommend!!
We loved everything!
The bowls outside the door to wash your feet. The healthy breakfast, the staff flexibility on getting anything you need. Also, the owners were fantastic. Our expectations were very low since everyone told us to do so because Goa was no Bali. Fortunately to us they were all wrong and Palm Forest Palolem guaranteed we had a wonderful holiday. Don’t take my word for it try it for yourself and book in advance. They are booked out! 😜
We stayed here for multiple weeks. It’s not the easiest place to rate. Overall, it was ok. It’s located in a kind of cove off from the main area of Palolem, which we liked. The restaurant, which technically is independently run from the hotel, but integrated with it, was very nice with helpful and friendly staff, and has gorgeous views of the sea and sunset. The on-site staff at the hotel were nice (particularly Babalu) and helpful.
Located very close to the beach (around 50m). You can hear the waves from the room. The place is surrounded by palm trees.
The feel of the place is very exotic: shaded by palm trees, bamboo fence, a hammock, exotic plants everywhere.
Room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and had A/C.
The hosts were very friendly and provided me taxi transfer from and to the hotel.
Price for the stay was quite low.
It has been the best place we have stayed in Goa, staff could not do enough for us. It has such a lovely vibe and atmosphere, the bar and restaurant is the best in Palolem. So pleased we chose to stay here, it really did make our holiday. Lots of different (paid) yoga classes too, which was a bonus. The boat bath in our porch was a perfect end to each day at the beach. We had sundowners in it every night!
The manager Ashish shared a lot of information about the places to visit and helped in getting a nice boat tour package and the boat tour organiser was nice, unlike the ones in Calangute.
Ashish is simply great in helping us in their premise
The service to carry the luggage to and from the car to the rooms very good.
Location is very near to Palolem, but on a remote place
It was a great experience in Palolem, south goa. I stayed in a sea facing room for 2 nights. Sea view from the room is marvelous. Food is very tasty and we really enjoyed it. All the staff members are very helpful and well behaved. Location is superb. Agonda beach, cola beach and cabo de rama are near from here. Go for this resort if you are in south goa.
This hotel was perfect for my first stay in Goa. The food was amazing and the staff were great. Close enough beaches with a short drive you can go to mutiple beaches. The staff went above and beyond for our stay with recommendations of where to go and assisting us with a taxi to the airport when our one fell through. Just a great experience.
+ I loved this place 2 mins from the beach, great value, and the young guy working there was super, lovely, friendly and helpful. Big rooms/huts set around a wonderful little garden are. My favourite hotel in Goa.
The property is located near the palolem beach, just walking distance.
Property is exactly what it is shown in the pictures.
The staff is very helpful and the food is also amazing.
The aesthetics of the place and room were nice, for the given price. Not too far from the center and beach. Had peaceful and quiet environment compared to other hotels .
Loved the food there. Next time I visit South Goa i know. Going to not waste time checking other hotels and straight book Chill Out. Lovely staff and superb food
