This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.

Bangalore is a mix of tradition and modern India. The city offers many attractions that can be covered with in a day or two. There are many day tours in offering using Bangalore as hub – day trip to Maysore, Nandi, etc. As for city transport, if traveling in pax of 3/4 better get a day taxi for Rs 2.5-3k for 80km8hr and for solo or couple try MRT and auto combo. Autos are a bit tricky - please be carefully, fix the destination and the fare upfront as the driver would try to tout and take you to expensive shops wasting your valuable time. For eats - so many options, good concentration of verity restaurants at Brigade road area and are open till late.

Fantastic town but very tiring if you're not used to traffic...
Fantastic town but very tiring if you're not used to traffic. The markets (esp. Chickpet/KR market) are well worth visiting, but I think 2 days is perfect length of stay for Bangalore. More days than that and the heat and traffic of the city began to wear on me. Stayed in Koramangala, which is a really cool area with nice coffee shops (Dyu Art Cafe and Blue Tokai) and a fantastic independent bookstore with a great selection (Bookstop!).

Very good location. Hotel is very clean & tidy.
Very good location. Hotel is very clean & tidy. The rooms are not that big and the bathrooms are really small & congested. Food is good . The staff are friendly. Special mention to one staff in the front office ( IF Im not mistaken, her name is Sangeeta ) Sangeeta was extremely good, was great help at the reservation counter. I will surely consider to stay there in my next visit too.

The duration of my stay was perfect for my mission.
The duration of my stay was perfect for my mission. I had one day for my personal outing and shopping, visited Lulu Hypermarket and Garuda Mall. Had a wonderful lunch at Punjab Grill at Lulu Mall and had dinner at Garuda Mall and after dinner went to see a Hindi Movie at Screen 1.
Following dat after breakfast left to the airport, terminal 2. Wow! what a big and wonderful airport, so easy to move around. The exploration at the airport was another new experience, as this was the first time I ma using terminal 2.
The hotel is in the center of the town. The railway station is just ten mins away. The people at the reception are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offers to book us cabs and gave us useful information on our travel in and around Bangalore. They went above and beyond to help us when we forgot few items in the reception and sent us through courier. If you are looking to stay in a hotel that is in the city and also family friendly, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangalore.
breakfast was wonderful with welcoming staff and very helpful especially with the kids too.
location is lovely , calm and super maintained. They upgraded our room to suite also as we are with the kid. Thanks to Paul Banglore for such generosity. Room was filled with all amenities. Ws stayed in many 5 star hotels but the bar section in the room was of top notch with all wine bottles, vodka, whisky..!! We will sure visit again whenever return to Bangalore.
Staff/Service were the best. I have never experienced such a service and a friendly staff in any other hotel in India. We initially had a room that didn't meet our expectations. After having a quick conversation with the staff, we were provided a good room that was perfectly clean and the service was amazing. The location of the hotel is really good to reach the old parts of Bangalore as well.
We would definitely come back to this hotel anyday!
The most pet friendly 5 star in Bengaluru and likely all of India. They allowed our pets to go everywhere including the open areas of the restaurant. Not once were we told we can't do something or go somewhere with our pets.
Staff was super friendly. So much so that I now know multiple of them on a first name basis (and they know us). They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
Very rude staff. The room assigned to us was extremely dirty, with the bath tub having hair and brown stains. Had to call the manager in to take a look, who told us would be giving an upgrade only to find out they’re shifting us to a very old room with no amenities functioning. Extremely disappointed with the service considering it’s a 5 star hotel
Location was a bit tricky to find. Facilities were clean but as the location is in the outskirts , I could see some dead flies in the bathrooms. They might have entered through the vent in the bathroom.
Overall the hotel is okay for a little stay as it’s near airport. Would only recommend for a place to hide during the travel.
4 points hotel was obviously a 2 star hotel , in a small old building that seemed nothing like a marriott hotel. It's shocking that this dusty , low luxury , bus stop lodge kind of a building is being used as a marriott hotel and paying 12000 per night here is absolute fraud and blatant misuse of marriotts name.
I always prefer to stay at the Oberoi when I am in Bangalore. The hotel itself is truly an oasis. The serene garden captures the charming feel of old Bangalore. Service is impeccable as with all Oberoi properties. Restaurants were recently updated and serve excellent food. Rooms feel like home.
Everything good. Main thing is location is good. Has road lights all around the hotel so you can roam around it. Also they allow for swiggy and outside food. Other than that you can cook also , kitchen included here. Receptionist are at 5 star levels. We like it , value for money rooms.
Exceptional location, amenities, and hospitality of the staff make this my favorite hotel in Bangalore now. What sets this apart for me is the breakfast menu, the gardens, and the pool. The iPads with the full electronic control in the classically furnished rooms added a modern touch.
Family was happy with the quality of food and services provided. Room was clean. If you wanted to stay near Airport, I would prefer this hotel for short stay. It is hardly 20 mins drive from Bangalore international Airport.
Overrated place, hotel has good food and location. Buy very expensive for the basic amenities provided. A standard room costs 7k to start with is like 5 star hotel charges.
