I would like to say that Karbala is a special city for Shia...
I would like to say that Karbala is a special city for Shia which are interested in Imam Hosain and would like to go to his shrine. For non religious people there are modern parts of the city that could be interested to go for shopping and such cases.AAnonymousIraq

Lots of noise people singing in midnight in groups and kids running in the corridor playing with lifts doing football infront of our door our complaints did not make any difference. The staff smoking all the times in corridor and reception and they were very unfriendly.

The owner and his team are making sure, that you get the most maximum comfort. The staff is very friendly and respecful. The location is perfect for visiting the holy shrines in Karbala. It is clean. I would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel itself is fine - for the price paid it absolutely does the job. Can't speak highly enough of the staff, in particular Karar and Yassir. Bed was comfortable, air condition was good, there was a tea maker and ironing facility in the room. You can order food to be served in your room any time. That was great. Staffs were friendly and speak a lot of languages.
