I would like to say that Karbala is a special city for Shia which are interested in Imam Hosain and would like to go to his shrine. For non religious people there are modern parts of the city that could be interested to go for shopping and such cases.AAnonymousIraq

The staff at the réception speaks english and always ready to help you..Aéroport pick/drop by HUMAMAN : service excellent with extra money.Breakfast excellent which is included in the stay.10 min walking to go to imame abbas a,s roza and also shutter bus is free if you dont want to walk. The room service quick and excellent. Excellent stay with my family. Thankyou HAMMAM for your kindness and service.

He really took care of my travel companion and I, Mr. Hussein who grew up in Michigan, United States, spoke better English and my friend and I. Lots of noise people singing in midnight in groups and kids running in the corridor playing with lifts doing football infront of our door our complaints did not make any difference. The staff smoking all the times in corridor and reception and they were very unfriendly.

The hotel itself is fine - for the price paid it absolutely does the job. Can't speak highly enough of the staff, in particular Karar and Yassir. The structure is good to stay some nights, an accommodation somewhere between western and Iraqi standards. Workers are very nice and helpful, both in the hotel and at the reception. Lot of water always available and free.
