Upon entering you will find yourself in a spacious living room furnished with care and equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a television. Next to it you will find a bright fully equipped kitchen for preparing and eating meals during your stay: in fact there is a hob with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. A French door gives access to a balcony overlooking the main square of the town, and here you will find a table with chairs where you can enjoy a coffee, a lunch or an aperitif on sunny days and on summer evenings. In the kitchen there is also a washing machine that can be used during the stay. The bedroom, large and comfortable, is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for your personal belongings. Finally there is a bathroom, complete with toilet and shower. The bathroom and bedroom linen are hired from a specialized company and supplied by us for the number of people booked, included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi connection. Pets are allowed, with supplement. The house has no private parking. It is equipped with a cellar where it is possible to park bicycles if you need to. Garbage cans are available behind the house.

POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist taxes: the municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per guest (from 12 years of age) which will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm or early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
