You enter the farm after travelling a road of about one kilometer pretty steep (but paved) and narrow (but on every bend there are exits in case you encounter any vehicles in the opposite direction). The company's management is very particular: after the recent conversion to 100% renewable energy, the farm is able to provide heating, hot water and electricity just using it's own production through innovative systems such as photovoltaic panels, a wood gasifier (wood is self-produced by the olivetreeyard and forest regular maintenance), and thermal solar panels operated by the same control software of the gasifier; This ensures a high environmental standard of the farm, a strong competitive impulse that reverberates on lower rates to the guests and the possibility of providing apartments with electric appliances.
