Each apartment has a private equipped outdoor area for al fresco dining. From the accommodation you can enjoy a beautiful view of forests, hills and valleys as well as a small fishing lake on the property, about 100 meters away. Shared facilities: Parking, playground with swing and table tennis table, swimming pool (12x7 m), outdoor shower. Access to the house via an unpaved road not suitable for sports cars. Possibility of walks in the area, in the cool of the forest, and fishing in the lake on the property. Free use of bicycles (2 per apartment), sale of locally produced oil and wine. On the first floor there is a closed room which the owner uses as a cellar. In the same house: ITL285-ITL286-ITL287. There are farm animals on the property. On foot you can reach a beautiful monumental tree.
