Easily accessible by elevator, the flat is located on the second floor and is fully equipped for all seasons, as you enjoy air-conditioning ( only in the living room ) in the hottest months and central heating in the coldest. In the bedroom you will find a good fan. My objective is to make my guests feel most comfortable as possible. Upon entering the apartment, you can find the kitchen on the right and living room on the left. Furthermore, the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to have meals at home should you wish to do so. On your right, you will find a spacious bathroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double-bed and a spacious closet. The offered amenities include, but are not limited to, a full kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, bathroom essentials, coffee maker, iron and iron board, heating, Air Conditioning only in the living room and free street parking.

Neighborhood info

Located in the historic neighborhood of San Giovanni, this cozy apartment is the perfect stay for a couple to explore one of the most up and coming areas of Rome. Just in front of the house you have a good supermarket and a mini market open until late. The bright apartment is on a quiet residential street. You can enjoy both typical Roman restaurants, from the famous “trattorie” to a variety of delicious street foods.
