Recently renovated apartment with two bedrooms and air conditioning, it is located in an ancient house in the historic center. The apartment offers a delightful balcony where you can enjoy an excellent Italian coffee. The prestigious location offers the opportunity to live in the center of the wonderful town of Menaggio, near the central square with its numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. The harbor for boats, ferries, water taxis and boat rentals is also within walking distance. A beautiful walk along the lake will make you benefit from the splendid view and the pure air coming from the surrounding Alps. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE.
