Located quietly in the good climate near the river Etsch in Rabland (Rablà), close to Merano (Meran) in South Tyrol, apartment Ferdy consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a television and a washing machine. Outside, there is a furnished balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Parking spaces are available on the property. One small pet can be accommodated only upon request. No Wi-Fi & A/C. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Near the flat you will find a children's playground, "Laghetti Biotopo" the miniature train museum (modelling) and the sports centre Rafting Adventure Südtirol. The train station of Rablà, which serves Merano and the whole Vinschgau Valley up to Malles, a cable car "Aschbach" and a comfortable restaurant-pizzeria are only a few steps away (200m). As well as the bicycle path and the paths for beautiful walks are located close to the flat. The nearest supermarket is in the centre of Rablà, less than 10 minutes walk (1 km). In the village of Parcines, (4 km), which can be reached by all means, you can enjoy the panorama, the typewriter museum and a spectacle of Nature "the Parcines Waterfall", which with its 980 m single drop is the largest in South Tyrol. The nearest skiing area can be reached from the Merano 2000 ski lift, which is a 25-minute drive (20 km) away. The nearest airports are Innsbruck and Verona, both about 2 hours' drive (150 km) away.
