Attractive residence with enclosed garden property, surrounded by greenery, in the district of Suna. About 50 meters behind the busy shore road and about 200 meters from Lake Maggiore. It is only a few kilometers to Cannobio and Stresa. An ideal starting point for visiting numerous cultural and tourist destinations in the area. Visit the Borromean islands Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola Pescatori or the botanical parks Villa Taranto and Villa Pallavicino.
