The "Apartment Laura" is in a strategic position due to its proximity to the beaches and services, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday. The center of Portoferraio, just a few minutes on foot; you can also reach the port in a just few minute walk, as well as the “Ghiaie” Beach, famous for its crystal clear waters and white pebbles. The two-room apartment for 2/3 pax: available is on the first floor of a little building with access from external stairs. It consists of a veranda communicating with a comfortable living area with TV, a kitchenette (with four gas burners, an electric oven, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer), a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower. The living room overlooks a balcony with washing machine and a large terrace with a view. The furnishings are modern, sober, functional and comfortable.
