The studio apartment 'Appartamento Madeleine', situated in Toscolano Maderno, overlooks the nearby mountain. This 40 m² property consists of a living area with sofa bed for 2 and a brand new fully-equipped kitchenette incl. dishwasher and 1 bathroom (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as a TV. The apartment is located in an elegant residence, surrounded by a very well-kept common garden with a large common swimming pool equipped with a shower and deckchairs. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a whirlpool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and an outdoor shower. Both the pool and the whirlpool are open from June 1 to September 30. The highlight of the apartment is the shared panoramic terrace (reachable by lift) which is available only to some selected apartments of the residence. The terrace has a wonderful view over the mountain, comfortable sofas and armchairs, deckchairs and umbrellas as well as relaxing and warm hydromassage equipment. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. A parking space for bicycles is available.
