This nice studio apartment is located in the historical center of Capoliveri, one of the most characteristic of Elba, full of charm and history with its narrow and picturesque alleys that hide small artisan shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional dishes of Elba or a good glass of wine. We advise you to visit the surroundings of Capoliveri, as the area of Mount Calamita for hiking and walks or the very beautiful coast with several coves and beaches. Studio 2 pax: available to our customers, on the ground floor of a historic building in the center, in a typical alley, this nice and large studio of about 40 square meters, with independent entrance on the ground floor. It consists of a single room on two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area with kitchenette (complete with 4 gas burners, refrigerator with small freezer, oven and microwave) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a double bed and a small single bed. The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning and wi-fi, has a modern, new and well organized, nice and comfortable furniture. The private parking space is at about 350 meters.
