Welcome to the beautiful Apartment 123! The resort is located directly on the shores of Lake Lugano, with a view of the nearby harbor of PORTO CERESIO. It is situated in an exclusive and quiet location with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE with a dock where you can even moor your own boat. There are sun loungers and parasols everywhere on the large, well-kept lawn for relaxing sunbathing. And for those who enjoy reading, there are perfect spots under the shady trees. Last but not least, our POOL with lake view provides much-desired refreshment in between. After an impressive and busy day, you can round off the evening, perhaps with a glass of good wine, on the covered balcony of your apartment, by watching the reflecting lights of Porto Ceresio in the lake. From then on, you will want to be part of this warm beauty yourself and will be tempted to return to Porto Ceresio another evening to experience the romantic lake promenade.

Porto Ceresio itself is a charming Italian village with a rich history and culture. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby where you can enjoy the local cuisine. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area: you should also visit the Swiss valleys, such as VALLE VERZASCA and VALLE MAGGIA. Numerous water sports such as swimming, sailing and canoeing on the lake. There are villages on the lake that are well worth a visit, preferably by boat or with a boat rental service (even without a license!): LUGANO, MORCOTE with the Scherrer Park and GANDRIA are not to be missed. VARESE, a town famous for its villas and gardens, can be reached by train, as can MILANO and COMO. The LAGO MAGGIORE with the Borromean Islands, towns such as Luino, Bellinzona and Ascona are also nearby. I will be happy to provide further information on your individual requests! Milano Malpensa Airport - 58 km, 50 minutes approx. (rental car at the airport) Porto Ceresio train station - 2.2 km, 25 minutes on foot (direct connections with Milan city and airport)
