“L’Attico con terrazzo su Conca d’Oro” is the ideal solution for those who want to live the experience of visiting Rome while staying in an apartment recently renovated and equipped with all comforts. A beautiful terrace to enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, thanks to Rome’s mild climate. A well connected, authentic and lively district with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, while at the same time a quiet one; a beautiful green park with a play area for children. The attic is located at the 5° floor of an elegant building with lift. It has a large terrace with sitting area, dining table and a large umbrella, the ideal solution for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner under the stars. The apartment consists of: • a living room with dining table, a double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a Samsung Smart TV 50’’; • a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, induction hob and refrigerator; • double bedroom with bedside tables and a wardrobe; • bathroom with box shower, sink and bidet. In total there are 4 beds available, with a double bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room. On request we can add for free a camping bot for children up to the approximately age of 3 years.
