The location is great and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The place is small and located near the train station, about a 10 minute walk to the historic center. My room was a nice size, comfortable, very clean, and quiet at night. The hosts, Manuele and Candice) were lovely -- kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, with fruit, yogurt, bread, croissants, cheese, etc., plus excellent coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location next to the Modena train station, very close to the 'Enzo Ferrari museum' and about 1klm far from the centre. A wonderful room on the 8th floor, very spacious, nicely decoratred, very clean and with a big bathroom. There was plenty of space to put your things (a common problem in rooms) and my room even had a nice view. Very helpful staff. All in all, a wonderful experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated too. Communication was good and check in was smooth. Parking was free 2 blocks away. Walking distance to Enzo Ferrari Museum and historic center.

Location very good, near the train station. The distance to city center is ok, i think around 10,12 minutes by foot. Same to the Enzo Ferrari Museum if you want to see it. One clarification, the room is in an apartment but it works like a small pension. You have your own bathroom and acces code for entry. The whole apartment seems renovated for not so long and looks very good.

Fantastic location next to the train station and could barely hear the trains passing at night. Very clean and new feeling, especially the private external bathroom. Hosts very helpful with any questions or needs. Spacious room and balcony.

Clean and nicely furnished just like in the pics.. A spacious private bathroom adjacent to the room. A convenient location next to the train station (if you're fine with the fact that windows must stay closed because of the noise).

Buona posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Centro, posto strategico vicino alla stazione dei Treni. Appartamento accogliente, e pulito, dimensione giusta per qualche giorno di permanenza. C'è la possibilità di usufruire di una cucina condivisa. Comodo l'accesso alla stanza tramite dei codici ( non c'è la chiave). Proprietaria non presente in struttura ma disponibile se contattata per ogni evenienza.
