We are two sisters and we have inherited this house built in the 50s by our grandfather, well finished with marble floors and recently renovated. Equipped with every comfort with 2 bedrooms with three beds each comfortable and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold, modern style bathroom with a comfortable shower, furnished kitchen with washing machine, living room with TV and a comfortable sofa .

the property is located in a very quiet area, very close to the motorway, but also a 20-minute walk from the royal palace, as well as the entrance to the historic center. Parking is available on the street and is not paid and above all easy to find, just 100 meters away there is a large free parking area. A two-minute walk away you will find a minimarket, bakery, pharmacy, pizza and spit-roasted chickens, bars and tobacconists. the Lidl Supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Also near the apartment you will find a rotisserie pastry bar with typical gluten-free products.
