Property info

Class A+++ apartment on the fourth floor with lift in a recently built building surrounded by greenery. Composed of a living area with double sofa bed and Smart LED TV, kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle as well as all the utensils needed for cooking. Following the corridor with wardrobe is the double bedroom furnished by designers, with a large wardrobe. The private terrace is equipped with an outdoor table with four chairs and a wooden design deck chair. The terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, and it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view. The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with controls in every room managed by touch screen devices. The bathroom consists of a large glass "walk-in" shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two sized towels for each person as well as a bar of soap. To complete the apartment there is a closet with the latest generation washing machine. As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. The area is perfectly served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. Even being in the busiest center of the city, the street is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time. The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people. After confirming the booking, we will send you an e-mail where you will need to log in to your customer area to complete with the data required to organize the self check-in.
