this is a very nice, sweet property near the very top of the old village of Spoltore. the room was super clean and had everything we needed. the patio for breakfast and relaxing has an incredible view. the owner/operator is very kind. we will come back again! I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Ho vissuto tanti anni a Spoltore con il mio compagno e i miei due figli prima di trasferirmi a Pescara. Ho amato questo borgo storico per la sua atmosfera accogliente, i suoi vicoli sorprendenti e le sue vedute mozzafiato. Quindi non è stato un caso che mi sia ritrovata ad avere un Bed &Breakfast a pochi metri dalla mia vecchia casa. E non è neppure un caso il Bed & Bike! La bicicletta è il mio mezzo di trasporto per muovermi in città . Le mie vacanze preferite sono quelle …..in bicicletta. Irriducibile ambientalista continuo a fare battaglie per la difesa del nostro territorio e del nostro mare. Adoro i mercatini dell’usato e dei prodotti tipici abruzzesi. I miei acquisti li ritrovate nell’arredamento della mia struttura e sulla tavola della vostra prima colazione. Il mio più grande piacere è far star bene i miei ospiti e far apprezzar loro la nostra bellissima e specialissima regione.

B&B BellaVista e’ sito in una palazzina di fine ottocento, rimaneggiata negli anni 50/60, nel cuore di Spoltore, caratteristico borgo storico abruzzese. In alcune parti ha mantenuto le sue caratteristiche originali, come le mura in mattoni molto grandi, le tipiche volte a botte, gli infissi in legno nelle camere. La scelta di conservare alcuni tratti delle ristrutturazioni successive come i pavimenti in graniglia di cemento e alcuni infissi in ferro, l’arredamento minimalista basato principalmente sulla pratica del “riuso/riciclo” e la suggestiva bellezza dei suoi affacci, hanno contribuito a creare un ‘atmosfera davvero particolare, unica nel suo genere. L’avevo visitata per caso ma quando ho varcato la soglia mi sono trovata di fronte ad una vista indimenticabile: dal corridoio d’ingresso delle scalette portavano ad una porta finestra di ferro e vetro martellato, molto alta. Era aperta e s’intravvedeva una terrazza, ma soprattutto si intravvedeva il panorama mozzafiato del massiccio della Maiella che si ergeva maestoso tra i tetti del paese. È stato amore a prima vista. Bella Vista, silenzio, comodità e suggestive atmosfere sono le caratteristiche della nostra struttura.

Spoltore è un tipico borgo storico abruzzese. È sito su una delle colline in prossimità di Pescara, la città di mare più grande d'Abruzzo, raggiungibile in 15 minuti di automobile. Pescara è famosa per la sua bellissima spiaggia dotata di strutture balneari, ristoranti e spazi di intrattenimento per adulti e bambini. A mezz'ora di automobile si può altresì raggiungere la montagna più vicina, la Maiella , che raggiunge i 2000 mt di altitudine ( con vista mare), dove poter sciare in inverno o fare passeggiate ed escursioni in estate. L'Abruzzo è una regione molto verde, ricca di acqua e in poco tempo ( max una ora) si possono raggiungere parchi e riserve naturali di grande pregio naturalistico. Uliveti ( anche secolari) e vigneti molto curati rappresentano tratti caratteristici della nostra zona, come pure la presenza di una pregiata biodiversità, che nel tempo hanno portato l'Abruzzo a primeggiare per l'alta qualità dei suoi prodotti enogastronomici. Sempre raggiungibili in poco tempo eremi, antiche chiese e borghi tra i più belli d'Italia.
