In regards to the price the location is a 10/10. For this price you might expect that it is dirty or super small, but this is not the case at all. Claudio is very friendly and his englisch is very good, which makes it easy to communicate. The room was larger then expected and it totally for filled all our needs. There are two bathrooms and we never had to wait. The bathrooms are cleaned every day which is a big plus. Claudio offers a breakfast in a shared kitchen, which we didn’t eat because we wanted to get some breakfast from the local shops, we still had a coffee from the machine in the kitchen, which was good. The location is 15 minutes away from the beautiful city center. To summ up our experience, if you want to see Alghero and stay for a few nights, this is the right place. Don’t waste your money on a expensive hotel, just go here, see the city and take a trip to the sights located near to Alghero.

Claudio was always available, and he tried to help as much as possible. The flat was always clean. There is an Aircon in the room and a nice balcony. Strong recommended! Good value for money

We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the old town is not too far and you get to see other areas along the way. We felt welcome :). The breakfast is great and the place is cleaned every day. Our room was a good size and the shower was also good. There is access to a balcony from the room.

Nice place, enjoyed my 3 days stay. The room was more spacious than expected, the bed was comfy, Within walking distance (aprox. 12min) from supermarket, beach and the central park where the airport bus stops. Friendly host, checkin was on time as ageed in advance per whatsapp. Overall great value for the price paid, would recommend for solo-travellers, couples or even small groups.

We had a fair place to stay for the best price in walking distance from the old town of Alghero, and a longer walking distance from the beaches! The host, Claudio was really nice, flexible and helpful, everything was clean and having a small breakfast and coffee for starting the day for this price was awesome!

1. Appartment - it is quite spacious, consists of 4 rooms (as far as i noticed 3 are for available for booking), with 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen, we liked it. Beds were comfy, good A/C in the room. 2. Owner - Claudio was very kind and helpful, we had a good contact even a week before our arrival, he gave us some good advice and helped with all our requests/questions 3. Location - very good, walking distance to the old town / main bus stop, good restaurants around (our fav was pizzeria caminetto), quiet neighbourhood 4. Breakfast - a typical italian breakfast (sweet) - crossaints, coffee, youghurt, musli with milk, bread with jam and honey and fruits Highly recommended!

Perfect location, just steps away from the old town, beach and bus station. Few options for breakfast in the morning with a great coffee. My room was clean and spacious with aircon and with very good wi-fi. Super friendly and helpful staff. Claudio made me feel at home. Highly recommended!

Place located from the nearest beach 20 minutes quiet walk. The apartment itself large, spacious. Large kitchen with balcony where you can have breakfast (common area) Our room was clean and large enough for two people. The balcony was also a plus for better comfort. Two bathrooms gave freedom to guests without waiting for their availability and ability to use them. And most of all a great owner. Claudio, thank you so much for the hospitality and flexibility you showed. You are more than fantastic.
