Very near to Airport. Shuttle service available on request. Breakfast in Hotel next door was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Walk into Fiumicinno hamlet - nice restaurants there and a lovely walk by the river available - it's worth it for a relaxing few hours! Very expensive compared to similar Airport Hotels in London. Good Airport shuttle service, costing Euros 6 per person per journey,but if we had been able to prebook on the booking form we might not have been stung for the Taxi fare from the airport by a very unhelpful Taxi driver of Euros 25 - a three minute journey!!! |

The bathroom was clean. This hotel listed as three stars, but I don't think it was even worth two stars. The hotel was shabby, with dirty carpet in the lobby and dirty walls. The room was shabby too, with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpet. The beds were hard and extremely narrow, each twin bed was much more narrow than a standard twin. |

Convenience good for the money quiet especially for the busy location especially appreciated the willingness to accompdate the modified reservation and the efficient shuttle service |

Only the convenience at its proximity to the airport. They listed that they provided shuttle service to & from the airport, but instead they charged us 8,oo euro per person each way. That was deceiving and I mentioned that to the attendant. He told me the wording was incorrenct. It should say shuttle service is available for a fee. Drain in bathroom was clogged, beds very uncomfortable, very noisy all night |

Restaurant near by. Close to airport, for making an early connection. Shuttle service was poor. I was left stranded at the airport, since there was not a clearly identified pickup point. I needed to call a Taxi in order to arrive at the hotel. |

The room was very clean with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The walls were almost nonexistent. I could hear everything that was happening in the next room. The shuttle to the airport was not free and wasn't running when I arrived (9:30 pm) |

The staff was really helpful, letting our daughter check in before us when we came on a very late flight. They also were very considerate when we returned early from our cruise and needed to check in early again. |

The staff were friendly and always smiled which was lovely.The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for a one night stay. You had to walk to another hotel to get breakfast. Although not a hardship it was raining and we didn't know that we had to go outside, therefore we had no jackets and didnt' really have time to go back to the room to get them. Perhaps we could have been told that breakfast was in a different hotel - The entrance to the hotel was not inviting and the bedroom furniture / style was a bit dated. |
