It was very clean, had very good air conditioner and even a washing machine. There were towels awaiting us and a stocked bathroom with toiletries. It was very safe, beautiful and the host was extremely helpful and kind.

The apartment is in a good location, the check-in process was smooth and safe, it was well maintained and clean. We had a short stay but were comfortable. There’s a paid parking just a few minutes walking and the area has some of the nicest restaurants in Rome and convenient for walking around and exploring the city.

The facilities were fantastic for a small family. It was incredbily difficult to find a place that had two twin beds for our teens, so that is initially what sold us. But the apartment was fantastic.

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 on a tourist vacation. The twin beds in the second room was perfect for our teenagers. The little courtyard allowed us some room to spread out at the end of a long day spent together. The air conditioner kept the rooms cool. Overnight it was very quiet once the traffic stopped by early evening. We mostly ate out but the kitchen had sufficient cookware for a simple meal. We had a delicious meal at an award winning small family Osteria only 5 mins walk called 22Quatro. It took our long legs about 40minutes to walk to the Coloseum. But at the end of a hot day (July) a taxi from most tourist locations were all under €15. The host Cinzia was very attentive, contacting us in advance and checking in with travel tips and guidance. She was quick to respond when we had a question and went out of her way to be helpful. Particularly being accomodating of our request for early checkin after a gruellingly long flight.

I find the appartment very comfortable and clean. It is a very good place to stay when you are in Rome. I have nothing to complain about regarding the appartment itself. It´s a pity that the appartment is located quite far from the city centre. However, there is an underground station in the walking distance (it takes about 10 - 15 min to get there). It is also important to add that the price was fair.

Cincia was an awesome host. We got Provided with every neccesary Information and more and could always communicate if we needed something. The apartment was clean, spacy and pretty. Might aswell mentoin the beds were very comfy :) the area is also wonderful. Shops Restaurants etc within 2 minutes walking distance. 2 minutes away is also a bus stop which leads u directly to the City Center within 10 minutes or so. Highly recommend this apartment in any way possible. Had a fantastic stay :)
