We have two bright and welcoming rooms. Furnished in a modern, simple and functional style. Equipped with various comforts including independent air conditioning / heating, private bathroom in the room and double-glazed window overlooking the street. The master bedroom also offers a fully equipped kitchenette and a fridge in the room.
Ours is a young family run business with love and passion.
We are located in a strategic area, halfway between the city centre and the beach. Not far from the Sardinia International Fair. Nearby there are several bus stops, which allow you to reach the centre, or the beach, in a few minutes. The same places can also be reached in a short time on foot. There is free public parking in the street. The area offers: post offices, banks, tobacconists, newsagents, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, laundries and many other useful services.
