IMPORTANT INFO: in the apartment is installed a video recording system exclusively focused on the main door and the entrance hall due to unpleasant situations: guests who let in persons not declared in the reservation, escorts who used the apt for prostitution. 3rd floor, elevator accessible to disabled persons. 93 sq mt & 2 balconies. Private parking. Pets are welcomed. Elegantly renovated, wood flooring, independent heating and hot water, air conditioning with heat pump function, PVC windows with insulating glass. Very warm in the winter and comfortable in the hot summer. Large kitchen, 6 places table, storage, small balcony. Living room with long balcony, 2 place sofa & armchairs. First bedrooms: one double and one single bed, private bathroom with bath tub. Second bedroom one single and one bunk bed. Second bathroom with shower and dishwasher. The apartment is fully equipped with alarm, safety box, tv and unlimited ADSL WiFi. Refrigerator with ice box, induction hob, microwave owen, electric owen, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, iron. Independent heating and hot water. Differentiated waste collection with 4 garbage cans.

The apt is an ideal location to visit the town of Brescia, because it is very close to the city center that is easily reachable walking. The most important tourist attraction points are only 15 minutes apart on foot: Duomo, Loggia Square, Corso Zanardelli, Teatro Grande Theatre, Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery, Museo Capitolino Roman ruins, Santa Giulia Museums, Castle. All the main interesting areas of 1000 MIGLIA Historic race, which is held every year in May, are very close: sealing area in Piazza Vittoria Sq., starting & arriving line in Viale Venezia – Piazzale Arnaldo Sq. The guests will receive a Google map with all the interesting points in the surrondings. Railway station and Metro are 1,5 Km apart, also easily reachable in few minutes with bus N°3 or 14. Free parking along the road, on the white line areas. In the surroundings are available all the most common shops and services: pharmacy, bakery, grocery, butchery, fruits and veg, tobacconist, newspapers, supermarket. A few minutes by car you can find a wide choice of restaurants (also gluten free): pizza, meat, fish, Japanese, etc.
