The host, Enrico, met us at the property to hand over the keys, and give us an over view of the apartment. Enrico is very friendly and hospitable. The property is in pristine condition. Extremely clean and furnished with high quality appliances and fixtures. Enrico stocked the apartment with a variety of breads, pastries, and crackers. The fridge had fruits, milk, orange juice, water, cold cuts, etc..

The anti-seismic building, born in energy class A, was completed at the end of 2015; the apartment located on the 3rd floor is well soundproofed, simple civil rules of coexistence are required; the apartment has double exposure with a large terrace facing south where it is possible to have breakfast outside or simply relax in the sun, the room facing north, where it is possible to glimpse the exhibition center. The apartment is accessible from the external access road even by those who need to move with a wheelchair. Pets, however much I may love them, are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but only on the terrace.
I love my job and this activity of hosting people for those who need to reach the exhibition fair or stop on the edge of Milan is a pleasant addition to my interests. I love to live outdoors and share carefree moments with friends and acquaintances. I love to read, listen to good music, visit places of art and history. I am a lover of pop and Latin music and I love to dance when I have the opportunity to do it in company. I have two grown-up children whom I love and respect with whom I compare myself in life choices and on the most diverse opinions. I love to talk and socialize with people.
The residential area is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by parks, cycle paths and pedestrian paths where you can go jogging. The South entrance of the Fiera exhibition site can be reached on foot from the hotel in 10 minutes through the park leading to the NH Hotel (visible from a photo taken by the house). The instructions for reaching the Fiera di Milano website can be downloaded from the web using the "fieramilano" link. If you arrive by plane, the link to download the app to move to and from the airports is easily available through the link "milanolinate-airport" At the corner between via Battisti and SS Sempione it is possible to take bus 528 to reach the center of Milan in the Cadorna area (MM) Castello Sforzesco in 30 minutes without changing vehicle; otherwise it is possible to get off at the 4th stop, take the Molino Dorino underground red line to reach any desired destination. The municipality of Pero has set restrictions on the car parks in the area in front of the fair structure, making them for the exclusive use of residents, therefore the "Casa Battisti" structure will provide its guests with a free PASS to park without a time limit.
