Simonetta is such a wonderful host. Funny, worm and helpful. We also took her cooking class which was fun and tasty. The bed is comfy, bathroom is excelent and the view is amazing. We will defenetly come back.

Fantastic location, on top of a small hill with 360 views of the country side, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. A lot of love and attention has been put into decorating the rooms, common areas and the enormous garden. The hosts were very accommodating and eager to give advise on things to do. The home-made dinner was excellent.

Please pay a visit to Casa Bellavista! Simonetta, Guido and Leya are a warm family living on the most amazing estate of Cortona. They offered the most tasty breakfast, dinner and wines, all with an eye for sustainability. Not to forget the must-do activity: cooking with Simonetta! Not only did we learn to make excellent pizza, ravioli and focaccia: we got to enjoy the lovely food in the breathtaking garden afterwards.

To be honest everything. Casa Bellavista is just that - a house atop a small hill with a fantastic view of the immediate Tuscan surroundings. Quiet location with fields as far as you can see (some towns on the horizon). The owners are crazy about cleanliness (it seems that rooms, as well as all the common areas, are cleaned daily), so you can expect that everything will be spotless clean. You can tell that a lot of love went into the place, furniture, decorations and knick-knacks have been amassed over the years, aesthetically it all makes sense, is cohesive, and simply beautiful. The room was super comfy (nice hard mattress), with spacious and well equipped bathroom. The food is fantastic. The owner (and chef!) is a cuisine fanatic, and her husband knows all about wine, so expect great eat&drink experience. Oh, and they have a cool dog. Definitely recommend, plan on coming back.

It is beautifully located upon a hill. The view simply is amazing. The garden and the pool are outstanding. The room and bathroom were spacious and decorated with taste and had everything we needed. The place really exceeded our expectactions! Also the nearest city, Cortona, was simply amazing. Simonetta and her husband are also very friendly and helpful.
