Casa d'arte, per chi volesse, è anche un ambiente di incontro con l'arte. Essa ospita un trittico temporaneo dell'artista locale, noto alla critica nazionale e non, per la sua pittura emozionale. Le sue opere, in una sorta di esposizione continua saranno oggetto di interesse costante e troveranno tra le candide superfici di Casa d'arte la loro collocazione.
Zona centrale, ricca di servizi, a due passi da bar, ristoranti, parrucchieri, centri estetici, negozi d'abbigliamento e vari, tabacchi, pescherie, macellerie, supermarket, fruttivendoli.
