Exceptional stay! It has everything you need and the view is amazing! A bit far from Bellagio center but there are hourly buses or if you want to enjoy more the sights, there is around a 40 min walk. Would definitely stay here again!

The view! The apartments are a little bit away from the city, but we love quate locations. If you have a car, no problems at all. Without a car, just take a bus. Use app to buy bus ticket, it’s more then twice cheaper. For more fun and romantic, take a boat from S. Giovanni. For sure, you need to like long walks ;) We have stayed in September for 8 nigths. Apartment has all you need for comfortable stay. Except dishwashing mashine, but it’s not a problem. And once more - the view! From bigger apartment, with corner balcony, the view should by even better!

Really spacious, clean, simply decorated, great terrace with amazing views over the mountains and lake. The lady who runs it met me at 9pm when my bus got in and walked me down to the apartment. Woken up in the morning (not too early) by cockerels and church bells and sunrise over the mountains - a view you can see from your bedroom with the blinds open - completely idyllic. A walk/short bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio, which made it feel I was in my own peaceful little haven tucked up in the hills. I also hiked up mount nuvolone from here, the little beach in San Giovanni is a 15 min walk and there is a supermarket 20-30 mins walking distance. You can also get the bus but I preferred to walk and enjoy the stunning scenery. A perfect stay for me.

The property is about 2km from Bellagio. It has lovely views but could do with a car although there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk to take you either direction to Como or Bellagio. The flat has stunning views from the bedroom / terrace and is a great size.
