This apartment for rent is situated in Pineto, facing the sea and 15 meters from the bike path, in the most beautiful and charming area : in the Protected Marine Area Torre del Cerrano, but still a few steps from the center. Within 100 meters there are: playground, pine forest, sea, large free parking place and bar. The 75 sq apartment consists of a large and comfortable entrance-living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and large terrace overlooking the sea. It has been been completely renovated recently and is located on the first floor with a lift. It is furnished in a modern style with new furniture and is complete with all comforts such as air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV 40 ", Bose sound system, mosquito nets. It's ideal for 4/5 people.
