Pancole Home is part of a historic farmhouse existing since 1200 in typical Tuscan style. It offers 4 beds: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa-bed in the living room, kitchen-dining room with fireplace. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. Washing machine. Fridge. Small electric oven. Wifi connection. 2000 m2 garden with independent entrance and free parking. Pancole Home is located at the "Gates of Chianti", in the heart of Tuscany, in the municipality of Cavriglia in the Pancole area between Valdarno and the Chianti area: hills covered with vineyards, olive trees, cypresses, chestnut woods. Surrounded by wineries, it is possible to taste and buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chianti Wines and Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. Pancole Home is an ideal place to relax while staying in an apartment immersed in the quiet of the green of nature, but also for those who want to have a comfortable base to organize visits and excursions to the art cities of Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, or to taste the excellent Chianti wine and food products with its wines and castles: Gaiole, Vertine, Meleto, Brolio, Radda, Volpaia, Castellina.
I am a tailor-made clothing model maker, I live at Casa Pancole with my partner Riccardo and my daughter Adelaide. I love handmade things, beautiful and good: craftsmanship and its knowledge; and here we find it in many ancient trades, first of all those linked to the land, such as viticulture (Casa Pancole borders with two important wineries and oil mills). I love nature, the pristine green, and its contact has always been a very strong call for me. This is why I chose to live here. Within the walls of Casa Pancole you can breathe all its history, which speaks to us of distant times ... while outside your eyes are filled with beauty, resting on woods, hills and fields ... My favorite moment is dusk: I love to relax, at the end of a day, watching the sun set behind the hills, perhaps in front of a glass of good wine ... while in the morning it is not unusual to see at the edge of the forest , roe-deer in love chasing each other, or looking for fresh shoots; it's a show that never ceases to excite me. So what to say ... I am exactly where I want to be!
The area of Pancole as well as being immersed in nature is situated in a privileged position that in summer always ensures a cool temperature and breathtaking sunsets. For golf enthusiasts Cavriglia offers a 3-hole executive promotional course with Putting Green and Pitching Green and a driving range with 4 covered posts 5 open and T-line from the ground. In the immediate vicinity there is a tourist information point and a bus stop. Pancole Home is located on the Via Chiantigiana road, a beautiful and historic street that connects Florence to Siena with a succession of curves and relaxing paths to do by bicycle, motorbike or car. Along the over 40 km of asphalt it is possible to stop countless times to take some photos or to visit one of the many Tuscan villages touched by this road or the various wineries. The nearest towns are Cavriglia, San Giovanni Valdarno and Montevarchi. By car you can reach Florence, Arezzo, Siena and all the surrounding Chianti area in about half an hour.
