Holiday home between the sea (Gulf of Poets and Cinque Terre) and mountains (Apennines and Apuan Alps) surrounded by the green of the Lunigiana. Located in the town of Ceserano, close to the main services and the railway station, newly renovated apartment on the first floor which is accessed by external stairs for exclusive use, consisting of kitchen-living room with smart TV, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds singles, closet and bathroom, complete with every comfort, parking space and free wifi line. At guests' disposal a small library and a magnificent relaxation area, consisting of a large private terrace with sitting area and free access to the property's garden where the swimming pool (with deck chairs and sun loungers), the barbecue with wood-burning oven and children's play area.
The host is at the complete disposal of guests for any need and / or indication, also for the supply of the barbecue area and swimming pool area equipment.
The holiday home "Casa Vì" is located in a strategic position to reach, in less than an hour, both the suggestive seaside resorts of Lerici and Portovenere (the two ends of the "Gulf of Poets), the famous fishing villages of the Cinque Lands and beaches of Versilia, both the uncontaminated territories of the National Parks of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and of the Apuan Alps with its magnificent marble quarries. In addition to the possibility of visiting Castles, practicing sports and hiking, the Avvenura di Fosdinovo Park, the ApuanGeoPark and the Caves of Equi Terme are nearby. With day trips you can also visit the cities of art in Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Florence (150 Km).
