The house is large and bright and runs on two floors connected by a stone staircase. The living area is 220 square meters. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a kitchen complete with a dining table, a large living room (50 sqm) with a fireplace, a seating area with sofas, TV, DVD and a living-dining area. A bathroom with a shower. Kitchen and dining room open onto the garden and onto a beautiful terracotta porch equipped with table and chairs where guests can enjoy their meals or simply relax. On the 1st floor a hallway equipped with fitness area, the master bedroom with terrace overlooking the garden, the village and the hills, a large bathroom with Jacuzzi, a double room. On the second floor double bedroom and fitness area. The house is surrounded by 3000 square meters of fenced land, olive grove, orchard and large garden with playground area for children. Private parking on the property. Wi-Fi free. Luxury home linen is provided free of charge.
I love gardening, travelling and animals. The house is partly furnished with antique furniture and is located in a very quiet location, a few steps walk from the village center of Bargecchia, an ancient hill village dating back to the year 1000 that offers all the main services today and is therefore an oasis of peace ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, surrounded by greenery and away from traffic. From the quiet and peace of this place you can easily reach some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany or enjoy a pleasant day at the beach. Florence is 90 km far, Pisa 22 km, Lucca 16 km. The seaside of Viareggio 7 km. Forte dei Marmi 12 km
Important: the location indicated on Google maps is WRONG !. Casa Vittoria is located closer to the church square and to the center of the village which is just 100 meters away. Casa Vittoria is located in the heart of Versilia, in an idyllic location between hills, sea, mountains and cities of art. The house dates back to the mid-1800s and has always belonged to the same family. Thanks to a skilful restoration the owner has created a welcoming environment with modern comforts, while maintaining the character of the original structure with traditional Tuscan materials, such as terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams. Check-in from 16.00 to 20.00. Check out 10.00-11.00 I live in the immediate vicinity, I speak English, German, French and Italian and I am at complete disposal for every need. Possibility of organizing any kind of excursion on the spot: walks, trekking, cultural visits, tasting of typical products, panoramic flights by helicopter.
