The owner Paolo is very helpful. He responds very quickly to messages and is always there for you. The coffee machine did not work properly and a new one was installed the same day. The house is very nice and cozy, the garden is very lovely. The location is also good. The big supermarket was close by (5 minutes walk) and the metro was also nearby, only15 minutes walk as indicated in the description.
