Property for exclusive use Part of a farmhouse, totally independent, with 5 suites/2 annexes (420 sqm), for 20 people (9 double bedrooms, 2 single pouf beds, 5 bathrooms). The property has a garden with a private swimming pool 14x7 with a depth from 0.40 to 1.50 m (open from 01/05 to 30/09) with a small 0.40 m deep children's pool. It has a veranda, bbq, wood-burning oven, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, heating, mosquito nets in the bedrooms and parking with 6/7 covered spaces. Main building: Suite 1 (1st fl.), living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, bathroom with shower. Suite 2 (gr. Fl.) living area, small kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (with pouf bed), bathroom with shower. Suite 3 (gr. Fl.) living area, small kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 narrow twin bedded room ideal for teenagers, bathroom with shower. Adjacent building:suite 4 (gr. In a separate annex on the gr. Fl: kitchen, guest bathroom. A few steps away annex with large veranda with dining table for the group. Loundry room is located in the main building. The farmhouse is equipped with wi fi internet connection, hot/cold air conditioning, heating, professional dishwasher with a 3 minute wash cycle, baby bed, high chair, hairdryer, mosquito nets in the bedrooms and parking. The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet connection, the consumption of water, gas, electricity up to 200 kWh/week (over 200 kWh it will be charged EUR 0,70 per KwH). Access to the property via a short stretch of gravel road of about 1.8 km. Pets are welcome upon payment (50 euro per animal/day). The corner apartment on the first floor of the main building is reserved for the owner but is not inhabited.
