Its location was excellent very near the leaning tower and duomo. We were booked in by a domestic and then after returning from a trip were told that we had been moved to another room as we were in the wrong one. This was obviously not our fault but it felt like it was. I did'nt like my belongings being moved. However another member of staff was very helpful with booking a taxi - so a mixed experience. |

The Hotel was extremely central and therefore convenient to shops and restaurants and the various tourists sights of the city. The room smelled of drains. This could be cured I think with a drain cleaning fluid. The television had no International channels - just Italian. The anti-mosquito device in the room was welcome but it was not renewed the second night. The weekday manager was not welcoming. A bit curt. |

The no. 1 thing that I liked about it is that it had is own parking space, for 10 euros. The lack of ac during the summer was a big drawback. The lady staff in the counter was very helpful but the men workers could certainly use some customer service training. I would only recommend this place to my friends if they are really on a tight budget. |

location with respect to the leaning tower The hotel was very hot inside and the rooms only had small table fans for cooling. The pipes in the hotel made noises at night, which combined for a poor nights sleep. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. I found the staff both friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the weather was too hot to sleep without the windows open as there is no air conditioning in the room, with the result of numerous mosquito bites to both my wife and myself despite using the repellant provided |

Near to the Pisa attractions The staff at reception were very rude, the bed had bed bugs, and the external bathroom was not clean at all. It was also very noisy, so it is not recommended for anyone who wants to sleep before 3-4 a.m. |

It was convenient, close to the sights and the train station. Our room smelled very musty, almost unbearable when you walked in, but then you got used to it after a few minutes. |

Hotel staff very helpful, authentic room, very close to all attractions, e.g Pisa Tower, close to restaurants, and autostrade. No lift, noisy outside, no air conditioning, lack of pillows, no tea and coffee facilities, breakfast costs extra, parking 10 euros per day. |

Centrally located Extremely rude employees, although the lady owner was very polite and helpful. No good night rest due to noisy traffic in nearby streets. |

Rather large rooms, quiet street, very near the centre, clean. I'd read in the reviews that the staff wasn't very nice. At first they were indeed a bit grumpy, but when they noticed i could speak italian, their attitude changed quite a lot and they even managed to smile at me :) |

Very close to the city center, main monuments and attractions. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was noisy at night because the window was "looking" directly on the street. And the streets in Pisa are rather noisy. I would suggest to the future visitors to have ear plugs with them. |

Perfect location! Easily reached from airport and within a short stroll the tower. It is basic and functional and ideal for one or two nights. |
