It's location. Only 5 minutes walking from the leaning tower. In fact, That is the only positive point of this hotel. It is hot, noisy, not very clean, the amenities are good for nothing, mattress is awful, they do not provide or sell mineral water, and the Internet works only in their computer on the first floor, despite they announce they have it in all rooms. I chOse it due of it's location, which is great, but if you can afford to spend some extra Euros, I strongly recommend to stay in another hotel.

Well, in one word, Cecile. I think that's her name? She is so friendly and jovial, and helps in any way she can that you can't help but overlook anything about the drab nature of the rooms. Hotel was inexpensive, effective, and we enjoyed our one night in Pisa thanks to her. The rooms were stark, and the mosquitos were hungry :(

It was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. There was no kettle to make up bottles but there was a microwave in the communal area.

The location and price were unbeatable. The staff were friendly and the room and bathroom were spotless. Facilities in the hotel were otherwise minimal and the lack of WiFi was a definite disadvantage.

Location was great, leaning tower is near and other sights. And it is not so far away from railway station, only 15minutes by walking.

The proximity to the Leaning Tower was amazing - really couldn't have found a better location. The room was basic and if it was the height of summer it would have been very stuffy as the air con was poor. Other than that the hotel was clean and couldn't be beaten for value and location. Pisa is a lovely place and well worth a short visit so one night at the Cecile would suffice, before travelling onwards. Poor air con.

The location is great and if you arrive to Pisa with a car, this hotel is very suitable. The room we stayed in was very basic, but it was clean and tidy, we had air con, mosquito nets on the windows, and furnitures on the balcony. Not everyone was this lucky though. The staff consists of two guys. One of them is extremely helpful and friendly, the other one not so much, however, we liked it there. We called the night before to reserve a parking place, but the the guy in the other end cursed at me for not speaking italian and hung up on me. Very rude. However, when we arrived we were treated more nicely. There is also a lot of mosquitos, but the hotel is trying its very best to deal with the problem.

The staff were incredibly nice. There was a delicious free breakfast and if you don't enjoy the food there the hotel is right in the middle of town with a lot of very good other options.

Great location. Far far far too noisy - even with ear plugs, the noises from next bedrooms and outside was loud loud loud. Impossible to sleep.

It was very close to the town centre The hotel was extreamely noisy, the plastic windows did not help. An unusual sewage smell was apparent most evenings. The shower was broken and did not get fixed until our last day. Other residents were also very noisy. Would not recommend.

It's cheap and very close to the Leaning Towner. The spare duvet was really rough, you can see different kind of feathers outside the cover. Only one toilet and shower room for the whole floor, but we were lucky, because we were the only guests on that floor.

Only location is good but Pisa is very small, you can walk to tower from anywahere in maximum 10 minutes. So, location is not important to visit Pisa tower. Cok kotu hotel, kalmayin This is not a hotel at all. An old building, no elevator, no hot water, no heating, very old rooms, no english reception, reception leaves at evening until morning. Almost nothing we liked about this hotel. Cok kotu hotel
