The flat is located in Borgo San Giuliano, an old district of Rimini, a few steps from the sea, the historic center, the park and in the surrounding of the Exhibition. Civico42 is 30 minutes by bus from Rimini airport and 10 minutes walk from the station. Borgo San Giuliano is one of the trendiest areas in Rimini: it's reserved and at the same time it's the center of nightlife, thanks to the numerous restaurants and clubs in the area. Here you will also find everything you need for your stay: shops, bars, patisseries, ice cream shops, tobacconists, newsagents, pharmacy. If you travel by bike there is also a shop that repairs / arranges bicycles. Civico42 is the perfect refuge for any occasion, comfortable and cozy, with his entrance dedicated.The apartment has two entrances; the entrance on Piazza Pozzetto has 1 bedroom, a large living room with double and single sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, the kitchen and dining room.The entrance on the back (via Bernardini / Piazzetta Gabena) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a courtyard garden. Hi! My name is Caterina and I welcome you to my home. I started hosting travelers from December 2019. I hope you like civico42! I wanted it to be very welcoming. In furnishing civico42 I recovered old furniture giving them a new life. The sea also contributed to its final appearance with branches dragged downstream by the Marecchia river and many shells. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and has all the necessary services to make your stay pleasant. I wait for you and from now on I welcome you home!
In Rimini you have many possibilities to have fun and from Borgo San Giuliano you can easily access the beaches, history and culture, artistic itineraries and the Park. All round there are events you can take part and the trade fair activity is very intense; the flat is located along the route to the Exhibition. You could reach the different corners of the city thanks to the many cycle and pedestrian paths that depart from here. We are in the heart of Rimini: 15 minutes by foot from the nearest beaches (San Giuliano and Marina Centro), 10 minutes from the historic center, 5 minutes from the Marecchia Park (the biggest Park of Rimini), 10 minutes by car from the Exhibition.
