Safe and quiet, cozy studio apartment completely refurbished, excellent for a holiday or a business trip for max 2 people and 1 toddler (free, including baby cot). Located on the third floor of a small apartment building in a well-connected and quiet green area, with a shared garden and parking space inside the property. Sofa bed with memory-foam mattress in a spacious and bright living room,TV and pocket wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, balcony. City centre and Lake Como just 4 km away by bus, car, train. We also would like to remind you that the City Tax is due upon arrival in cash.
