The hotel is big, even though a part of the dining hall was not in use, it didn't feel too empty. The room is large for a solo traveler and the view from the standard room is nice (roadside, mountains and river). Room was clean, staff was nice and the food was very good. There's a restaurant in het hotel. As a solo traveler, I liked that the staff gave me plenty of time to do some reading after I fiinished diner, without eyeballing me on leaving. Would go again if passing through.

This was our second stay in this hotel in the last 6 years. The rooms seem to have been renovated, plenty of space and decent ergonomics. A good city view to the busy streets of central Chiavenna. Everything was up to a high standard. Breakfast was simple, but welcome as it is included in the price. Parking is easy in front of the hotel. I think they also have an underground garage, but it was not necessary as we just left the car in front of the hotel. The staff is very professional and speaks good English. This hotel has proven to be a solid, comfortable, problem-free choice for Chiavenna, especially when traveling with a car.

Nice hotel, newly refurbished rooms. The beds were really comfy and it wasn't too hot at night, as it is usually in hotels on the mountains. Friendly staff. Really near the old part of Chiavenna but also easily accessible. Parking available.

Gem of a hotel in a very picturesque alpine town. Amazing views from the bedroom balconies. Plenty to see in the area. Lots of eating and drinking opportunities for the overnight traveler. Very friendly helpful staff. The manager came out and helped me park in the hotel's very tight car park. Very nice Italian breakfast in the hotel's lovely restaurant.

It's in a central location with easy access. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. It would have been even better if there were disposable slippers in the rooms. The balcony had a beautiful view.
