Surcharge for pets: 100,00 EUR per stay Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 25,00 EUR per person Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 EUR per stay Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of 25 Eur only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be 25 Eur.

Located in the south of Bari, in one of the most beautiful place between the Castellana Grotte’s hills, a striking landscape with age-old olive trees where time seems to be stopped to allow you to enjoy the quiet and scents that this place offers to you; moreover we are close to the most beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches. The Country house is composed by a trullo with “lamia” and alcove. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and refrigerator, parlour with fireplace, TV flat screen, stereo (with ipod connection) with sound spreading in the pool area, outdoors kitchen and shower. 500 square meters garden, ornamental plants, gazebo with dinner table and forms, gazebo with big divan and cushions for total relax, deckchairs, sunshade parasol. Small gazebo with dinner table close to the pool. The owner lives in a neighbouring cottage. The airconditioning is available only in the bedroom on the upper level .

The property is located in South Costal Bari area, about 15-30 min. driving from charming seaside villages like Monopoli and Polignano a Mare and well-known touristic sites like Alberobello, Locorotondo and the whole Itria Valley. Any town in the nearby is populated with shops and gorgeous buildings in their historic centers; perfect location to enjoy the peaceful countryside while sighseeing Puglia.
