Large and bright studio, equipped with every comfort. It is located in an elegant setting with a beautiful view of the city. Very central, 2 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo. The building of about 45m2 is located in the historic center, on the sixth floor of an elegant building (with two modern lifts) designed by the famous architect Emilio Lancia. A former two-room apartment used as an office for the sale of luxury watches, today it is a bright and spacious studio apartment. The apartment has in fact been recently renovated to enhance the entire windowed wall that overlooks the city skyline, making living in a single large furnished environment, pieces of furniture from the late '800 with a modern and super equipped kitchen built on measure. The environment is quiet despite being 50 meters from Piazza Duomo. Very bright, the apartment is equipped with radiant heating, air conditioning, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer and Smart TV. The apartment also lends itself to be used as a support for the office, or for a business appointment.

You will have the opportunity to live in the most central and exclusive area of ​​Milan. Chaotic by day but very quiet in the evening, full of shops, exclusive showrooms and events that you can easily reach on foot. The area is full of bars, restaurants, delis, patisseries. The center of Milan is the beating heart of shopping, so you will find everything you could wish for. The central location of the apartment will allow you to easily reach any part of the city. Quietly walking, walking you can reach Piazza del Duomo, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Manzoni, Piazza Della Scala, Piazza Castello, Porta Ticinese, the Darsena, the Parco delle Basiliche, the University State, the Catholic University, the Palace of Justice and much more.
