Staff very wellcoming

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided maps and complimentary phone calls for us to make our next arrangements in Roma. Bathrooms are quite large. Shower decent size. Very clean. Provided standard hair dryer and toiletries including shower cap. Breakfast was decent - pastries, croissants and deli meats . Cappuccino was delicious. Free wifi in the lobby.

Air conditioner did not work well. Set remote to coolest setting and room was still slightly warm. Visited Florence mid-Sept - night temps were mid 70's. Bedding was very minimal - blankets looked like sheets of fabric. But didn't mind since all I needed was the sheets to sleep with since it was warmer.

the location was in the center- and near the train station, the staff was helpful and polite, the breakfast was ok

the pillows were hard -but this is a matter of taste- and the tv had onlly italian channels except for cnn

Renewed and clean bathroom, smiling stuff, good breakfast but room was little bit small for 4 person. There is a market near by the hotel.

Great staff at the front desk. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly. Hotel was basic and clean, nothing fancy, but what we expected. Street noise was loud in the front room we had. Good breakfast for morning.

The room was very plain--needed some paint and upgrading, but it was clean and comfortable. We were so busy in FLorence we really only came in to shower and sleep.

It is like this viesbutis.labai liked the city and host hotel. recommend it.

Staff was very friendly, had patience to expalin how to get to all tourist attractions we asked for and to please us during our stay. The room has a lot of space and it was walking distance from the street fair and main and train station.

Though the location was good, there were a lot of hotels of the same level in nicer streets and closer to the touristic attractions. Cleaness of the room was very bad, bathroom had dust from years.

Proximity to the station and to places we wanted to visit. Friendly welcome. Cleanliness and comfort of room and prompt provision of hairdryer when we discoverd the bathroom hairdryer was not working

No problem just for a two night visit but, as expected, the front facing rooms can be noisy at night. We had requested a quiet room but the room was so comfortable we decided that it would be fine for two nights.

Como puntos positivos, destacar la ubicación, muy cercano a la estación sm Novella (5 min andando) y al centro histórico (duomo etc). La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa, y el cuarto de baño bastante grande y cómodo, la ducha con mampara en buenas condiciones. El aire acondicionado y la mininevera funcionaban correctamente. El trato del personal del hotel fue bueno y muy amable, aunque no hay nadie que sepa hablar español. El desayuno está bien, pero sin lujos, no hay gran variedad. Recomendaría este hotel o repetiría nuevamente.

Como puntos negativos, principalmente destacar el ruido, ya que la habitación daba a la calle principal y con la ventana abierta era muy ruidosa, cuando la cerrabas quitaba mucho ruido, pero aún así el tráfico se nota. Puntualizo que soy muy sensible al ruido, y era algo molesto pero sin llegar a un nivel que te impidiera dormir. Otra cosa menor, la televisión tenía muy pocos canales y ninguno en español, aunque la verdad es que no la usamos mucho. Por último, algo que es generalizado en Florencia, y es que la relación calidad/precio es baja, todos los hoteles son bastante caros o muy caros, pero Florencia es así.
