location!! very good. nice hotel nice staff, young man from the reception helped us in planning our tour :) one thing i didnt like: i had to wait outside the hotel,for 10-15 minutes at noon,until the older guy returned with his lunch and then opend the doors, but i gess it was one mans fault. |

extremely close to the main sights, mini markets, restaurants, everything close, ladies in the breakfast very kind, free internet in a pc of the hotel no facility for parking, rooms at the side of the road very very noisy, no second baby cot, hotel staff in the reception indolent to provide help with luggages,stroller,etch |

A large group of terribly noisy teenagers stayed at the hotel during the same time-period with us. Fine, the only problem being that they didn't behave even when required on a regular basis at midnight, neither did hotel staff react in any cooperative way. |

Lo mejor del hotel es que está bastante céntrico y no resulta demasiado muy caro. De limpieza andaba lo justito. No es que tuviese suciedad en exceso, pero podrían mejorar al limpiar mejor la habitación. |

El hotel es correcto. El trato del personal de recepción fue excelente. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Está ubicado en una calle llena de hoteles en la que hay mucho tránsito tanto de vehículos como de personas. En la habitación hacía un poco de frío. Tiene ventanas exteriores que no evitan el paso de la luz por completo. Televisión de la habitación muy pequeña. Desayuno escaso. El precio me pareció algo excesivo, había una feria de moda en Florencia y la ocupación hotelera se había incrementado. |

Todo en general. Es un hotel sencillo pero muy cómodo. Las habitaciones correctas, el desayuno bien, y la localización excelente. El agua caliente no sale todo lo caliente que me gustaría, la verdad, pero supongo que es suficiente para la mayoría de la gente. |
