We had an amazing stay at Festina Lente and only wish we could have stayed longer! Luciana was an incredible host, offering a spacious, spotless, comfortable (beds) and beautiful apartment for us. She was also very flexible when our arrival was delayed due to a train delay, and provided several recommendations for a late dinner upon our arrival. We were so grateful and selected the restaurant just below the apartment - it was one of the best meals we had during our stay in Rome! I would highly recommend choosing Festina Lente for your stay, particularly if you are visiting the Vatican area!

Festina Lente is a great holiday home, convenient both for its strategic position to discover every corner of Rome, its squares, archaeological and monumental areas. The house offers comfortable spaces, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, to make your stay piacevole.Le rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, LCD TV, and free WI FI. The orthopedic mattress and the memory foam pillows will propizieranno sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric espresso coffee, American, kettles, toasters, fire induction and microwave are available for guests as well as a large washing machine. The comfortable sofa in the living room is easily transformed into a bed and sleeps two people. All fixtures are at high acoustic and thermal insulation, the iron shutters are very safe, as well as the front door. The bathrooms are complete with all accessories and provided respectively with shower and walk-in shower cubicle.
I like to make my guests feel right at home. I always have the pleasure to welcome all of my guests with a special welcome. Also in the house will find a wide range of information about the city, suggested itineraries, restaurants and the locals not to be missed, to help them and to facilitate their stay.
The district, in one of the most elegant areas of the town, adjacent to the Vatican City and the oldest center of Rome. Is connected to the rest of the city by metro and many bus lines and trams, it is full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, cinemas and theaters. The nearby Via Cola di Rienzo is a popular destination for shoppers. The metro stop "Ottaviano-San Pietro" is just below the house, and is the sixth stop coming from the central station Termini (10 minutes). Several bus and tram lines make it easy to reach anywhere in the city.
