Fin dal momento dell'arrivo, il personale ci ha accolto con grande cortesia e professionalità, rendendoci subito sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il posto auto gratuito accanto al hotel e la posizione vicina al fiume che rendeva il paesaggio magico. Non posso che elogiare il personale della reception per tutti i consigli e suggerimenti utili e le ciaspole fornite che hanno reso la nostra esperienza in montagna ancora più indimenticabile. Devo dire che la spa dell'hotel è stata un vero rifugio di relax dopo una giornata intensa all'aperto. La nostra camera era accogliente e confortevole, con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne innevate. La pulizia era impeccabile. Buonissimi i cocktail del bar. Unico appunto è che mancavano i cartellini a colazione con la descrizione dei prodotti.
